Since 1979, 89 Building. has built many new homes. We offer a wide selection of floor plans
which include Ranches, Two Stories, Split-levels, Bi-levels, and Cape Cods. At 89 Building, you
have the option to take a floor plan and work with a representative to achieve your needs and desires
in what you wish to have as your home. Because of our flexibility, you as the buyer are able to add
your own style and taste which will reflect your individuality, giving you a customized designed home
just for you and your family.
89 Building is a family owned business, not company owned. We solely build residential. We have built over 875 homes.
Though we are located in Ashland County, we also build in other counties such as Wayne, Stark,
Holmes, Coshocton, Knox, Morrow, Richland, Crawford, Medina, Lorain, and Huron counties.
Since the opening of our business, we have always used Sub-Contractors. Nearly
all of our sub-contractors have been with us for the duration of 24 years in business. We are
very proud of our sub-contractors for their devotion, efficiency, and their workmanship manners.
With our past reputation and our future goals, we have been devoted to giving you, the customer,
the best quality materials, workmanship, and service at the lowest price that we possibly can.
We have had the opportunity to work with many lending institutions over the years, many new
